These terms of use govern your access to and use of the Jackpica platform. By registering an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the conditions set out in this document. Jackpica reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the site following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. The following obligations apply to all registered users:

3. Identity Verification

4. Deposits

6. Bonuses and Promotions
From time to time, Jackpica may offer bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each promotion. It is your responsibility to review the applicable terms before accepting any bonus offer.
Bonuses must be used within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Any bonus balance or associated winnings that remain unused at the expiry of the promotional period will be removed from your account without prior notice.

For deposit bonuses, the standard wagering requirement is 35 times the bonus amount received. For winnings derived from free spins, the wagering requirement is 40 times the value of the winnings. All wagering requirements must be satisfied within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account.
The following wagering conditions apply unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion:
- Deposit bonus wagering requirement: 35x the bonus amount.

Certain games may be restricted or excluded from play when a bonus is active on your account. Where restrictions apply, they will be set out in the terms of the relevant promotion. Attempting to play excluded games while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
The following fair play obligations apply to all users:

Once an account is classified as dormant, an administrative fee may be applied on a monthly basis to cover the costs associated with maintaining the account. The fee will be deducted from any remaining balance in the account. Where the balance reaches zero, no further fees will be charged.
The following conditions apply to dormant accounts:
- An account becomes dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity.
- Jackpica will attempt to contact you before the dormant classification is applied.
- A monthly administrative fee may be deducted from the dormant account balance.
- You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in and completing any applicable verification requirements.
- These terms of use continue to govern dormant accounts until they are formally closed.
